Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with customers to understand and meet quality requirements.Address and resolve customer quality issues.Maintain and improve the ISO9001 Quality Management System (QMS).Conduct internal audits and prepare for external audits.Develop and implement quality policies and procedures.Apply problem-solving methods like 8D, FMEA, and Fishbone analysis.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering in the technology industry.Proven experience with ISO9001 quality standards.Strong knowledge of customer quality requirements.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Preferred Skills: Certification in Quality Engineering (CQE) or similar.Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.Interested in hearing more?
