Your Title:Quality Product Inspector
Job Location:Dayton, OH

What You Will Do
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Inspector Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting and ensuring the quality of products, materials, and processes to meet established standards and specifications. The Quality Inspector Technician will work closely with the operations and engineering teams to identify and address quality issues.
Inspection and Testing: Conduct detailed inspections of products and materials using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and any deviations from quality standards. Prepare reports summarizing findings and recommendations.

Compliance: Ensure that all products and processes comply with company and industry quality standards and specifications.

Problem Identification: Identify and report non-conformities, defects, and other quality issues. Work with the supplier quality team to implement corrective and preventive actions.

Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

Training: Provide training and guidance on quality standards and inspection techniques.

Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality inspection role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and tools.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Basic understanding of quality control principles and practices.

Certification in quality inspection (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Inspector) is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent. Technical or vocational training in quality inspection or a related field is preferred.
