As a Quality Technician, your primary responsibilities will include conducting product tests and inspections to uphold our high-quality standards. Join us for the 2nd Shift from 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm and be part of our growing team in Kansas City, KS.Responsibilities:Perform standardized tests on the productNotify production and management immediately when product is out of specificationAssist in managing retain programCreate Retain samples for all inbound and outbound loads (for 6-month storage)Complete paperwork as directed using good documentation practicesMonitor shared lab email inbox and make sure all emails are responded to in a timely mannerMaintain a clean and orderly workspacePerform regular cleaning and maintenance on lab equipmentNotify Lead and Quality Manager when supplies are running lowProvide information to production staff and management when requestedCommunicate any safety or quality concerns with plant management and corporate qualityKeep lab neat and cleanOther duties as assignedQualifications:College degree preferredH.S.
