Race Mechanic - Formula 4

You will be responsible for the preparation and build of our Formula 4 cars.Assemble, service and operate the cars at race and test events in Europe (mostly Italy) and at the team base.Support the team with your strong mechanical/technical skills.International travel and a flexible approach to long working hours are required for this role.Ideally you can bring some experience in a Motorsport (preferably with Formula Cars) or car workshop environment.Show a high level of commitment whilst being an excellent team player with a good work ethic.Ability to work to the highest standards and perform under pressure.Good English language skills.A secure Freelance or Full-time employment.The potential to grow within the team and in different categories.You will have the chance to gain experience in a highly professional race team and learn a lot.We will give you time to adapt to a new team and way of work, with the support of the whole team.Meals from our own catering or restaurants on track, catering area with coffee, drinks and snacks.The ability to work in an international (>15 different nationalities) and dynamic environment.
