Job Summary
The Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) I is accountable for performing radiological procedures as directed.
Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development and possesses the ability to respond to specific issues and data reflective of the patient/customer's status.
Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for the population served in the department, from birth through geriatric population.
Education and/or Experience
Satisfactory completion of formal Radiologic Technology training in an AMA-approved school and meets the requirements for registry by the ARRT.
Preferred Education of Associates Degree
Required License/Certification/Registration
Must be certified by and maintain current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
BLS completed within 6 months of start date is required and must be maintained.
Work Schedule
Weekend coverage; PRN
10-hour shifts
Day/Evening/Night Shifts with occasional call
Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. The actual hourly rate is dependent upon experience.
$25.00 - $37.75 per hour
