Real Estate Attorney

Job Title: Educational Real Estate Attorney Job Location: San Diego, CA (Hybrid) Billables: 1800 Salary: $120k-$160k/yr We are seeking a Business & Facilities Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on real estate transactions, litigation, construction, and K-12 matters. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney to provide proactive advice and practical solutions to a wide variety of legal matters.
Key Responsibilities: Provide legal advice and guidance on real estate transactions, litigation, construction, and K-12 matters. Develop and execute strategies to achieve desired outcomes while mitigating risks. Draft and review contracts and other legal documents. Negotiate with third parties on behalf of the organization. Monitor pending legislation, regulations, and case law regarding business and facilities matters. Manage outside counsel. Provide support on other legal matters as needed. Qualifications: Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in the state where the organization is located. Five to seven years of experience in business and facilities law. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple departments. Knowledge of real estate, transaction, litigation, construction, and K-12 law.
