Real Estate Development Project Manager is needed to lead and help organize projects for a growing team. This position will manage a diverse portfolio of projects from conception to completion.
Real Estate Development Project Manager Qualifications and Benefits: ·2 to 3 + years of experience in a similar role in Real Estate Construction development project management.
· Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
· Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
· Ability to manage multiple construction projects while meeting construction standards and budget.
· Base Salary in the 75 to 90k range based on experience.
· Health Insurance, PTO, Bonus Potential.
Real Estate Development Project Manager Responsibilities: · Oversees the real estate construction lifecycle from project inception to completion.
· Manages multiple construction projects concurrently at various stages of development, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
· Collaborate effectively with internal development team, architects, GCs, vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
· Deliver regular and comprehensive reports and updates for development projects, including budgets, schedules, and construction draws.
· Initiate, plan, and manage the marketing and leasing plan for development/investment opportunities, including all aspects of marketing materials and promotion, broker relations and supervision of listing agents (as applicable) to broadly expose property, anticipate competition, and secure lease prospects.
· Identify challenges and opportunities for cost savings throughout the development process and implement solutions.
