Join Our Growing Team as a Recruiter/FAM (Future Account Manager) We are a thriving IT solutions firm seeking a passionate Recruiter and Future Account Manager (FAM) to join our expanding team! If you're driven, communicative, and eager to help connect top talent with exciting opportunities, we want to hear from you! This role offers a unique path to becoming an Account Manager, starting as what we call a FAM. You'll begin with recruiter training, followed by sales training shortly after. During this time, you'll recruit and earn commissions until an Account Manager position becomes available. This approach allows you to refine your skills, gain industry knowledge, and position yourself for long-term success and growth. What You'll Do: Leverage Various Recruiting Tools: Identify qualified candidates for IT, Business Applications, and Engineering roles, both for contract and permanent positions. Candidate Screening: Conduct phone and in-person interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidates meet job requirements. Job Presentation & Negotiation: Present opportunities to candidates and negotiate contract terms, including salary, job responsibilities, duration, and location. Interview Preparation: Guide candidates through the interview process, ensuring they are well-prepared at every step. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with contractors, client managers, applicants, and employers through daily communication and support. Partner with IT Hiring Managers: Collaborate closely to understand hiring needs, provide recommendations, and develop strategies to recruit top talent. Talent Sourcing: Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future needs through sourcing, referrals, and events. Candidate Guidance: Assist candidates through the hiring and pre-employment processes, ensuring a smooth transition to their new roles. Talent Advisory: Act as a subject matter expert and advisor on recruitment strategies for engineering leadership, HR teams, and other stakeholders. Contribute to Recruiting Programs: Participate in and enhance recruiting programs, while continuously refining processes to improve team success. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with HR teams, including HRBP, Compensation, and Operations, to support client and candidate needs.
