Your New Role: The Ultimate Talent Scout At AirCo, you won't just be filling seats; you'll be building a team of rock stars. As a Recruiter, you'll be the driving force behind our talent acquisition strategy, responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle. This means identifying hiring needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Your mission is simple: attract, engage, and hire high-caliber professionals who embody our values and objectives.

What You'll Be Doing: Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute dynamic recruiting strategies to meet our ever-evolving hiring needs. You'll tap into various sourcing methods—think job boards, social media, and networking—to find top-tier talent.Candidate Management: Own the candidate experience from start to finish. You'll screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate in-person meetings with hiring managers. We're counting on you to keep candidates engaged and excited.Job Posting: Craft compelling job descriptions and post them in all the right places. Your words will be the first impression of our company, so make them count.Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and offer market insights. You'll also manage our external recruiting firms and coordinate daily to keep the interview schedule on point.Candidate Experience: Keep the lines of communication open and clear. Your goal is to ensure every candidate has a positive experience, regardless of the outcome.Data Management: Keep meticulous records and report on key recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate sources. We're all about data-driven decisions.Compliance: Stay sharp on all recruitment practices, ensuring they comply with legal standards and company policies.Employer Branding: Represent Airco LTD at career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities. Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.Familiarity with various recruitment platforms and tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Knowledge of labor legislation.Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and team members.Experience in the skilled trades industry is a plus.Must be authorized to work in the US.
