Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist

JRC, Incorporated is a nationwide roofing and construction company working in 48 of the 50 states. Due to increase in growth we are seeking to add a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist to our team. Primary role will be to ensure all production positions are filled and a steady stream entry and mid-level employees are fully on-boarded.
Working in conjunction with Department Directors and Division Managers this position will report directly to the Director of HR and will:
Recruit/Interview prospects for all construction positions to include: Project Supervisors, Foremen, and Roofing/Gutter/Window/Siding installation techs. Communicate interview details to candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview experience. Visit supply stores, job sites, and other locations to attract job applicants Build a candidate database while networking for referrals to improve talent pool Use social media and on-line recruiting tools Attend/Conduct career fair hiring events throughout Middle Tennessee Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment coordination to continuously improve job performance Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes, improve efficiency, and enhance candidate experience Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and leadership throughout the recruitment process Qualifications: Headhunter mentality Must have valid Driver License Self-motivated individual needing little direct supervision or instruction Benefits: Full-Time Salaried Position Medical, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance 401(k) with Company match Company Vehicle for use on the job Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays
