Responsibilities: Schedule and track candidates throughout hiring process in an applicant tracking systemWork closely with recruiting team to share new applicants and ensure follow-up with candidatesPropose and implement ongoing innovations and improvements to recruitment processMaintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all timesOperate independently with minimal day-to-day guidance from managementMulti-task effectively - working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environmentSupport the Recruiting Operations team with ad hoc projects as neededDeliver an incredible candidate experienceWork collaboratively with leaders and their teams across a growing organization.
