Overview: The primary goal of the Onsite Recruitment Coordinator would be to meet or exceed client staffing expectations while working closely with client HR staff.
This person will advocate for the employee experience from onboarding, training and retention for the client.
Expected responsibilities would include: Employee orientationSafety trainingAttendance trackingEmployee coachingPayroll/DeductionsCommunications with supervisors/leadsManagement of employee records and software databaseInterviewingScreening candidates, including pre-employment drug tests & background checksProviding excellent customer serviceGeneral office dutiesClient CommunicationCoaching Associates/Problem Solving IssuesRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Thoroughly evaluate candidates to check qualifications against job requirementsCommunicate with clients and candidates about questions and concernsConduct onsite client orientation and onboardingAssisting Senior Recruiters in identifying and preparing candidates for job assignmentsBuild candidate profiles in ATS for current/future staffing needsEducation and Experience: Previous secretary or customer service experience preferred but not requiredHigh school Diploma or equivalent requiredGTR COMPENSATION PACKAGE: Paid Training ProgramFull Benefits- Medical, Dental, VisionRetirement PlanVacation, sick time, paid holidaysCompany sponsored eventsAdvancement opportunities
