A little about this position: Responsible for the maintenance and repair of commercial refrigeration and HVAC systemsHandles general building maintenance work orders as required Requirements: Minimum 5 years' HVAC and refrigeration service experienceMust have knowledge of building systems and physical plantEPA 608 certificationAdvanced knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC, and electrical systemsBoiler experience preferredStrong communications - interpersonal skills and customer relationsWillingness to work evenings and weekends as required at timesMust have a valid CA driver's license

Hourly pay rate: $34.38 to $52.96
