What You Will Do:
Partner with the senior leadership to recruit new talent Develop a world-class monthly training calendar that promotes retention, production growth, and culture.
Assist agents with questions on transactions Assist with retention and productivity growth of newer agentsHelp oversee the leadership staff and their departments in their dutiesProvide world-class customer service experience to our agentsAssist Team Leader in recruiting appointments monthlyOversee monthly events (Career Nights, Masterminds, etc)Handle basic transaction questions and assist agents with contract and listing paperworkMeet with agents to discuss their goals and business plansAssist with organizing and planning Market Center events and trainingsManage external recruiting ads Qualifications Tech Savvy - skilled with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, social media, etcPositive attitude and energetic demeanorCommitment to relationship-building, follow-up, and top-level customer serviceAbility to handle multiple tasksCapacity to work in a fast-paced and unpredictable environmentProfessional appearance and dressEffective and efficient verbal and communication skillsCustomer service skills and interpersonal etiquetteWillingness to learn new tasks and accept additional responsibilities as requested Additional Information
