Cambria is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Business/Claims Manager (Non-Sales) to oversee and manage our Regional Product Representatives and Field Service Technicians. This role requires a passionate individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our end consumers and business partners. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, critical thinking abilities, and a deep understanding of our products and services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and develop a team responsible for supporting and servicing end consumers, business partners, sales, and operations teams.Onboard, train and develop team members by educating them on the business, route to market, industry and how we service our customers.Manage and de-escalate elevated claims by leading and directing a path to resolution through collaborative efforts with our business partners.Review and evaluate service metrics to determine opportunities to improve performance and facilitate change in the market with our production and sales teams.Travel within the sales region to develop and support the team and business partners to ensure the Cambria experience is consistently delivered to end consumers.Create a more efficient and effective customer experience by developing and implementing new and existing business processes that improve operational performance and enhance touchpoints with our service teams.Support and present at quarterly partner events, providing insights into the business and techniques for our partners to grow and develop their teams.Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications & Skills: Extensive experience in managing and developing teams.Strong attention-to-detail, critical thinking and analytical skills.Experienced customer relationship and conflict resolution.Proven interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.Detail oriented to analyze data, communicate and provide market trend analysis.Strong process and project management skills.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners.Ability to apply logical reasoning to troubleshoot issues and find efficient solutions.Experience in construction or trades; able to read and interpret blueprints and construction projects preferred. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in related field or comparable experience, Master's Degree a plus.
Experience: 5+ years experience in Service and Claims Management, along with experience managing teams.
Systems: Advanced computer technology skills, Google Suites, knowledge of Salesforce or comparable CRM.
Managerial Requirements: Manage an assigned team of Regional Product Representatives and Field Service Technicians.
Additional Requirements: Travel Requirements: Up to 40% to other Cambria Sales and Distribution Centers locations, valid drivers license.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 pounds of Cambria samples or other Cambria materials.
