Regional Director of Sales & MarketingRiggs Washington DC sits on the iconic downtown corner of Penn Quarter's 9th and F Street in a historic building once home to Riggs National Bank. Each of the Hotel's 181 guest rooms offers a playful nod to the building's legacy. Riggs is home to the all-occasion European brasserie-inspired restaurant Café Riggs, as well as Silver Lyan – a subterranean bar from the internationally acclaimed Ryan Chetiyawardana, also known as Mr Lyan.
The Regional Director of Sales & Marketing for Riggs DC and Lyle DC is responsible for overseeing and driving all sales and marketing initiatives for both hotels. This includes developing strategic sales plans, managing the sales and marketing teams, and executing effective marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and revenue. The role involves close collaboration with hotel management to align sales strategies with business objectives, foster strong client relationships, and enhance the overall guest experience. Additionally, the Regional Director is responsible for leading and managing the sales and marketing teams, ensuring their professional development, and maintaining high performance standards. The Regional Director is also tasked with analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring that both properties achieve their financial and operational goals.
