Job Overview:
As a Regional Revenue Manager analyzes and manages the rental revenue strategy and execution for the companys regional portfolio of multifamily assets.

Roles You Will Play:
The Revenue Guru Direct all revenue strategy within an assigned portfolio and ensure that the financial and business objectives are being achieved.
Set rental pricing of available apartment homes and establish renewal offers guidelines for expiring leases.
Communicate revenue strategies to stakeholders Responsible for the performance of a 30-40 community multifamily portfolio located throughout the U.S. Review property performance and evaluate marketing, pricing, and financial strategies.
Will be an expert in the Revenue Management Software application (YieldStar, LRO or Similar) and related business procedures for managing pricing and reporting results.
Engage and partner with Operations, Marketing, and Investments to ensure strategy is communicated and executed.
Gather, compile, and analyze market, economic and capital trends as well as other factors impacting portfolio and asset performance.
Oversee exposure of available units considering historical performance, seasonality, and current market data.
Assist with new site implementations in Revenue Management Software environment.
Troubleshoot and administer the Revenue Management System on behalf of all internal users.
Update periodic reports for review and distribution to Senior Management.
Work with internal leasing/marketing department to ensure proper adoption and training of the leasing process.


Building Blocks of Success:
Education:
Bachelors degree in finance, economics, or statistics, or equivalent experience required.
Equivalent years of experience are defined as one year of professional experience for each year of college requested.
Experience:
3+ years experience in financial or data analysis, economics, or statistics or related role preferred Multi Family Revenue Management, Asset Management or Operations preferred Skills & Certifications:
Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills Meticulous attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skill Self-motivated and able to work independently at a fast pace
