Job Description
Are you prepared to take ownership of the North American region, build a winning team, and drive strategic growth in the supply chain SaaS space? As Shippeo's next Regional Vice President of Sales for North America, you'll play a pivotal role in building a market presence, developing a high-performance sales team, and securing partnerships that shape the future of our business.
What You'll Be Doing
Build and Lead a High-Performing Team: Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and development of our sales team. You'll coach them on best practices and inspire them to deliver Shippeo's value to North American customers.
Own the Regional GTM Strategy: Design and execute the go-to-market strategy for North America. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align field marketing, demand generation, and pre-sales resources for maximum market impact.
Track and Forecast Performance: Leverage key metrics to accurately project the region's performance, driving growth and adjusting strategies as needed to stay on track.
Engage Directly with Clients: Play a hands-on role in customer engagements—from leading critical meetings to guiding complex deals to close, ensuring Shippeo's commitment to partnership.
Drive Continuous Growth: Develop and communicate long-term growth plans, but stay agile to adapt strategies based on changing market dynamics.
Qualifications
You'll thrive in this role if you:
Bring 10+ years of experience leading Enterprise SaaS sales teams through complex sales cycles, backed by a robust background in supply chain, logistics, and transportation.
Are data-driven, using metrics to coach and refine the qualitative aspects of the business.
Possess a proven playbook for complex deals and know when to adapt it as needed.
Are passionate about getting hands-on with your sales team, to drive their success - you believe in and create a "servant leadership" style culture.
Have a record of success in outbound sales and are a process-oriented leader skilled in managing through structured sales methodologies, ideally MEDDPIC.
Are fluent in English, with proficiency in an additional language (e.g., Spanish) preferred
