Join our team as a school based Registered B ehavior Technician to be a part of our mission to make a difference.     Our Registered Behavior Technicians work as valued members of our therapy teams to provide individualized services to children with autism, working under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The Registered Behavioral Technician will provide individualized therapy services in a 1:1 teaching format to children with autism in a school setting.   This position will support clients in the Methacton school district .   Our high value rewards package:    Up to 2 5 paid holiday and personal days off in year one     Bi-weekly bonus incentive available  DailyPay : Access your money when you want it!   401k plan with matching contributions   Industry-leading 360 You benefits program .    Employee Referral Program   Certain benefits may vary based on your employment status.    Our supportive environment includes:   Mentorship and supervision hours for those pursuing BCBA certification   Certification and Test-prep Benefit Program   Up to 90% off higher education (degrees, certifications) and test preparation for you and your family    Work life balance: Work Monday-Friday, no weekends required !   Training and Professional Development opportunities available to develop and strengthen your skillset as a Registered Behavior Technician     What you'll do in this role:   Assist in the implementation of positive behavior support plans, IEP, and/or 504 plans utilizing ABA principles in the school setting.    Provide direct 1:1 and/or small group therapy to identified student(s) to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction interventions as directed by the BCBA.    Implement and report data on programs such as student's IEP goals, behavioral management, social skills and academic areas.    Collaborate, communicate, and assist with the training of school district staff.   Provide a safe and supportive environment for students and school teams (i.e., teachers, paraprofessionals, related service providers, and administrators).   Implements the student's behavior intervention plan and/or safety plan as developed by the BCBA.    Collect and analyze skill acquisition and challenging behavior data, with oversight and supervision provided by a BCBA .      We are looking for compassionate Registered Behavioral Technicians with:   Must be at least 18 years of age   High School Diploma or GED required   Bachelor or Associate Degree in behavioral health, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Special Education, or related field, preferred   Valid driver license and ability to travel to various schools within assigned region   Active Registered Behavior Technician Certification issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board   Prior professional experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) in a multi-disciplinary team setting is a plus!   Works with integrity and adheres to the BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA practices, and company policies   Ability to move freely, quickly, and frequently from a seated position (on the floor or in a chair) to a standing position as well as the ability to lift items up to 50 lbs. on occasion     We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.    NOTICE: Successful completion of a drug screen prior to employment is part of our background process, which includes medical and recreational marijuana.
