10K Sign-on Bonus! Christiana Care - Wilmington Hospital is seeking an experience Registered Nurse (RN) for our 4N Medical Stepdown Unit. The Unit 4N is a Medical Telemetry unit caring for patients with diagnoses affecting all systems: Pneumonia, COPD, HF, Stroke, change in mental status, diabetes, wounds, UTI, Pancreatitis, stoke and cellulitis. The patient population includes adolescent, adults, and geriatric patients. The unit provides staff with a wide variety of learning experience in a fast-paced environment.
Working on a mixed-acuity unit will provide you the opportunity to be ACLS certified, learn from critical and emergent patient situations and using best practice techniques from evidence-based care. We encourage an environment of growth and expanding knowledge, promoting up the clinical ladder, openness, and inclusivity. Education & Experience: Delaware RN License or Compact Nursing License. BSN Preferred or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of hire date. RN with 1-2 years of experience in acute care or sub-acute care experience preferred.
