The Registered Nurse-Operating Room is responsible for delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferredMinimum of 1+ years' experience as an RN in an operating room settingCurrent valid NJ State Professional Registered Nurse LicenseCurrent BLS certification, ACLS certification preferredPosition requires fluency in English language to function in job environment appropriatelyGood interpersonal, communication, team-work, and customer service skillsStrong organizational, problem-solving and follow-through skillsAbility to multi-task constantly, react to changes quickly/productively, and tolerate interruptionsAbility to perform work when no directions are given, and give directions to othersRemain flexible, organized, professional and able to analyze, make sound decisions under stressful or crisis situationsDemonstrate knowledge of current computer systems, equipment or programs used in the organization, knowledge of Epic a plusDemonstrate maturity and accountabilityPreferred Job Requirements:

Bachelor's of Nursing Degree preferred
