KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS 5+ years of increasing responsibility in a regulatory role for a food manufacturer. BS in food science, biological sciences, nutrition, or related field required. Exceptional knowledge of FDA and other relevant regulations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and team skills. Effectively manage priorities and deadlines to maximize team support, able to work with minimal supervision. Ability to develop and implement systems and business processes to organize and document regulatory compliance. Identification and resolution to regulatory issues. Strong, general reasoning and analytical skills. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to function in a fast-paced environment. Strong ability to maintain confidentiality. High level of personal work and professional ethics. Should be able to work independently or in a team environment with creativity and a passion for food.
