Job Description:

HD Supply Holdings is seeking a Remote Account Support Manager to join our team in Houston, Texas. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a portfolio of key customer accounts. This is a full-time position that offers a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met- Develop strategies to upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth- Create and deliver reports on account performance and metrics- Provide training and support to customers on products and services- Lead regular account review meetings to discuss performance and improvement opportunities

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field- 8+ years of experience in account management or customer support- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships- Strong planning and analytical skills- Energetic and resilient personality- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
