Remote Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Casey's General Stores is seeking a Remote Account Support Representative to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. We are looking for individuals who are hardworking, passionate, cooperative, and skilled in strategic planning.

Responsibilities:- Provide account support to customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat- Assist customers with account inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer experience- Meet or exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction, resolution time, and quality metrics

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service or account support role- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent
