Remote Call Center Associate

Job Description:

American Family Insurance Group is seeking a passionate and reliable Remote Call Center Associate to join our team in San Francisco, California. This part-time position is ideal for individuals with an innovative mindset and a strong sense of independence. As an Entry Level Remote Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service over the phone while analyzing customer needs and providing innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:- Handle incoming calls from customers and provide timely and accurate information- Analyze customer inquiries and determine the best course of action to meet their needs- Use problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues in a professional and efficient manner- Innovate new ways to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes- Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company in a professional manner at all times- Meet and exceed individual performance goals to contribute to the overall success of the team

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
