Job Description:
As a Remote Call Center Officer at Stripe, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This position is part-time and offers flexibility in hours. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess the ability to work independently and energetically.
Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner- Provide accurate information about products and services- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction- Follow company procedures and guidelines when handling customer calls- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient work environment
Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role- Independent and energetic personality traits- Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
