Remote Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Charter Communications is currently seeking a part-time Remote Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships- Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved effectively- Provide regular updates to clients on the status of projects and deliverables- Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services- Track and report on key performance metrics related to client interactions- Contribute to the development of client retention strategies and marketing initiatives

Requirements:- Adaptable and reliable, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting- Excellent presentation and communication skills- Strong time management and organizational abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
