Shift ***** Monday - Friday 8AM to 5PM This is an hourly position with great opportunity for growth. ***** The successful Customer Service Representative will be able to manage customer requests via phone, email and website. Knowledge of our products and services to serve the accessibility needs of our customer base, including ramps, stairlifts, platform lifts, barrier free bathrooms, patient lifts, residential elevators and durable medical equipment. Responsible for assisting all customers over the phone, chat and email. Receiving and managing noncustomer phone calls and requests. Documenting efficiently in system. Office supply procurement. Assist with office training, coordinating in-services, meetings and company events. Work on any special projects on an as needed basis. Stay current with software systems and procedures.
