Job Description:
UPS is seeking a Remote Client Service Representative to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role. The ideal candidate will be driven, energetic, and possess strong communication and research skills.
Responsibilities:- Responding to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Providing personalized service to clients to address their needs and concerns- Researching and resolving client issues to ensure customer satisfaction- Collaborating with other teams within the company to ensure a seamless client experience- Documenting all client interactions and maintaining accurate records in our database
Requirements:- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong research skills to effectively address client inquiries- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software- High school diploma or equivalent required
