**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful **Remote Client Support Specialist** to join our dynamic team at Omnicom Group. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively and efficiently. You will work remotely, collaborating with various teams across the organization, and providing insights to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Omnicom Group's services, tools, and products to deliver outstanding client support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction through proactive communication.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate team as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client feedback and drive improvements in service delivery and client experience.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of client documentation, guides, and FAQs, ensuring that resources are up to date and accessible.
- Engage in regular training sessions and workshops to maintain knowledge of industry trends, product updates, and service protocols.
- Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and contributing to team goals, performance discussions, and strategic planning.
- Track and report on client issues, identifying patterns and recommending solutions to enhance future service levels.
- Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of outstanding issues.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in client support or a related role, preferably in a remote working environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, equipped to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a resourceful approach to resolving client issues.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to fast-paced and changing environments.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a virtual office environment, with the ability to stay self-motivated and productive.
