Amgen is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Remote Contact Center Assistant to join our team. As a critical team member, you will be responsible for facilitating communication with our clients and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally from a remote setting.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide prompt and courteous responses to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
- Manage customer accounts, addressing any issues or concerns, and effectively update and document interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
- Educate customers on Amgen's products and services, utilizing persuasive communication to encourage positive engagement and foster customer loyalty.
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution of issues and gather feedback to improve service delivery.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting inquiries, complaints, feedback, and actions taken.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge and stay up-to-date on company policies and services.
- Support team objectives and maintain a positive team spirit by sharing insights and learning experiences with colleagues.
- Contribute to a creative and innovative environment by sharing ideas for process improvements and customer service enhancements.

**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role is required.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software; experience with remote communication tools is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
- Excellent persuasive skills, with a knack for resolving customer concerns while promoting company interests.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced remote environment.
- A proactive, energetic approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
- Must possess a strong work ethic and display a commitment to continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Availability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends if needed.
