Job Description:

As a Remote Contact Center Officer at DoorDash in Los Angeles, California, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our users. This part-time position at the Associate level requires at least 3 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role.

Responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from DoorDash customers in a professional and timely manner.2. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team.3. Utilize various contact center tools and systems to assist customers and maintain accurate records of interactions.4.
