Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Remote Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Lincoln National. This part-time position is based in Los Angeles, California, but allows for remote work. This entry-level role requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Manage and build strong relationships with customers through virtual communication channels- Provide exceptional customer support and assistance with inquiries or issues- Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively identifying and addressing their needs- Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer retention and expansion- Utilize customer feedback to improve products and services- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success
