The Remote Employment Counsel * Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, depositions, and trials.Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including complaints, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.Engage in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes.Handle administrative charges and draft demand letters, negotiating settlements and resolutions as appropriate. The Remote Employment Counsel * 5-10 YOE in labor and employment, with a heavy focus on litigation.Must be barred in California, Texas, Alabama, or Georgia.Prior law firm experience required.
