Background Profile: Provide support to customers through various channels (chat, phone, email, web, etc. Occasionally visit customer sites as needed. Act as the customer advocate within the company, promoting customer requests and ensuring prompt resolutions. Collaborate with departments such as sales, development, marketing, and product management. Contribute to internal discussions to enhance service and product offerings. Create Knowledge Base content and share expertise with peers to improve service quality and professionalism. Expertise In: Experience with VRF systems commissioning and operations. Proficient in setting up and commissioning Central Controllers for VRF systems. Strong troubleshooting skills are essential Knowledge of computer networking and communication is advantage Familiarity with industrial communication protocols like BACnet and Modbus is a plus. Technical knowledge in home/building automation is beneficial. Ability to learn independently. Team-oriented with excellent collaboration skills. Capacity to work remotely. Previous customer service experience is required. High level of written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
