**Job Description:**
Are you a dynamic and confident communicator with a passion for customer service? Burlington Stores is seeking a **Remote Live Chat Assistant** to join our customer service team. The primary goal of this role is to provide outstanding support to our customers through efficient and effective live chat conversations. You will be the face of Burlington Stores, helping to resolve inquiries, offer product knowledge, and enhance the shopping experience of our valued customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Engage with customers through live chat, maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
- Address customer inquiries regarding product availability, order status, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate product and store information, assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Utilize strong research skills to investigate and find solutions to customer issues promptly.
- Assist in strategizing and planning improvements to enhance the live chat experience based on customer feedback.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date on promotions, sales events, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in training sessions and ongoing development to enhance knowledge skills and improve customer service strategies.
- Monitor chat metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for enhancing the overall customer service process.

**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related role.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Energetic and confident personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong research skills to troubleshoot customer queries and provide effective resolutions.
- Strategic planning capabilities to analyze customer feedback and suggest actionable improvements.
- Comfortability using various technology platforms and live chat software.
- Ability to maintain a calm and positive demeanor under pressure.
- Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
