Remote Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Devon Energy is seeking a talented and experienced Remote Social Media Manager to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Associate Level Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.

Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to achieve company goals- Manage all social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community- Analyze social media metrics and develop reports to measure the success of campaigns- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our social media presence is cutting-edge

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field- Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media management- Proven track record of successfully growing social media accounts and engaging audiences- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Resilient and dedicated personality traits to handle the fast-paced nature of social media- Strong negotiation skills and decision-making abilities- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
