Job Description: We are seeking a Sports Travel Coordinator to join our dynamic team, facilitating sports-related activities and assisting clients in attending various sports events. This role requires candidates to be at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the USA, Australia, Mexico, or Colombia, have reliable Wi-Fi access, and possess a smartphone or computer. No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided. The role involves email communication, direct vendor contact, and booking tickets for clients to diverse sports events. This independent contractor opportunity is commission-based, and your compensation is derived from the profits generated by your sales (1099).

Key Responsibilities:

Sports Event Booking:

Liaise with clients to understand their sports event preferences and requirements.
Research and book tickets to a wide range of sports events, including games, matches, and tournaments.
Vendor Communication:

Establish and maintain direct contact with ticket vendors and sports event organizers.
Negotiate ticket prices, group discounts, and special packages on behalf of clients.
Client Relations:

Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and addressing concerns.
Keep clients informed about event details, ticket availability, and any changes.
Administrative Tasks:

Maintain accurate records of client bookings, payments, and preferences.
Assist in the preparation of invoices and receipts for clients.
Training and Development:

Participate in training sessions to become knowledgeable about various sports events and ticketing processes.
Stay updated on sports event schedules, venues, and seating arrangements.
Email Communication:

Use email as the primary mode of communication to correspond with clients, vendors, and team members.
Send event confirmations, itineraries, and updates to clients.
Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old.
Authorized to work in the USA, Australia, Mexico, or Colombia.
Access to reliable Wi-Fi.
Possession of a smartphone or computer for communication and administrative tasks.
No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Passion for sports and an understanding of various sports events.
