Remote Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

The Hartford Financial Services Group is seeking a Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone who is adaptable and energetic, with strong soft skills in adaptability and decision-making.

Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the remote web chat team, ensuring consistent and high-quality customer service- Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness of web chat operations- Monitor chat conversations to provide feedback and coaching to team members- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of web chat operations with overall business goals- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in web chat management

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field- 5+ years of experience in web chat management or a related role- Strong communication and leadership skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web chat platforms- Experience with customer service and sales techniques- Knowledge of data analytics and performance metrics
