Remote Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team at HD Supply Holdings. This position will be based in Fort Worth, Texas, US, and is a full-time, Associate Level role requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will be energetic, confident, and possess strong soft skills such as persuasion and decision-making.

Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the web chat team- Train and develop team members to ensure high productivity and quality customer service- Monitor chat interactions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures- Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate efforts and implement best practices- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technology advancements to continuously improve chat operations- Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolution as needed

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field- 5+ years of experience in web chat management or a related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and chat software platforms- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Experience with managing remote teams is a plus
