Remote Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

Credit Karma is seeking a full-time Remote Web Chat Officer to join our team in San Diego, California. As an Entry Level Remote Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support through online chat services. This position requires 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner through web chat- Providing information on Credit Karma's products and services- Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate team- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:- Adaptable and motivated personality traits- Strong planning and project management skills- Excellent written communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively- Basic knowledge of financial products and services- Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software- High school diploma or equivalent
