Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Research Analyst to join our team in the DMV area. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Conduct comprehensive research, analyze data using statistical methods and qualitative techniques, and provide insights to support decision making and strategic planning.Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and synthesize information, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.Gather data from multiple sources, including databases, reports, websites, and primary research.Develop reports, presentations, and summaries to communicate research findings to stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and decision making processes.Assist in the design and implementation of research projects, including survey development and data collection.Support the development and maintenance of research databases and knowledge repositories.Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, or related discipline.High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years of additional relevant experience may be used in lieu of required degree.2 years of position-specific relevant experience.Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data.Proficiency in using statistical software and data analysis tools.Proficient in conducting research using various sources, including databases, online platforms, and academic journals.Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, or related discipline.Familiarity with research methodologies, data visualization techniques, and statistical analysis. Knowledge of data collection and survey design.Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Familiarity with qualitative research methods (e.g., interviews, focus groups).Clearance Requirements: Must be a US Citizen.Physical Requirements: Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
