* Ability to read blueprints and perform takeoffs

Position Essential Job Functions:
* Clearly communicate and present estimates to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
* Collaborate with project managers and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
* Stay updated on industry trends, costs, and regulations to provide accurate estimates.
* Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and project-related documentation.
* Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients to promote repeat business.
* Can do estimates & related office work
