Westgate Vacation Villas & Town Center Resort boasts more than 3,000 accommodations and offers a great opportunity to meet and share stories with guests who arrive from around the world to enjoy Central Florida's world-famous theme parks and attractions. Enjoy our world-class resort's surroundings and excitement, such as 14 heated outdoor pools, 14 hot tubs, and the state-of-the-art Shipwreck Island Water Park.

Job Description

As a Resort Experience Supervisor, you will:

Coordinate activity and special event programs using themed concepts.
Assist in set-up and breakdown for special events.
Manage subordinate team members in the Activities/Kids Club department.
Interview, hire, and train team members; plan, assign and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline team members; address complaints and resolve problems.
Organize and update department files.
Plan parties for owners, guests, and team members.
Formulate an environment, which will increase team members' morale and motivation, and promote team spirit.
Purchase and pick up supplies and equipment when necessary
Order, inventory, and distribute logo merchandise and sports equipment.
Prepare daily and monthly records and procedures for logo merchandise, marketing materials and other purchases in accordance with CFI and Westgate Resorts accounting.
Organize vendor reports and collect monthly payments.
Attend manager meetings and participate in team member orientation tours.
Ability to design, create and upkeep decorations.

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in activity planning for adults and children.
Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Must be at least 18 and have a valid driver's license to drive company golf carts.
