Job Description
Join our team as a Resort Shuttle Driver, responsible for operating minibuses, vans, lightweight trucks, and full-size trains, including mini trains for various activities. You will transport guests, clients, trainees, or company personnel, ensuring safe and efficient travel. Transport resort guests along an established route.
Transportation of team members to and from parking areas.
Attend and participate in staff meetings.
Onsite interoffice mail delivery.
Assist disabled passengers in and out of vehicles.
Operate radio or similar device to communicate with a base station or other vehicles to report disruption of service.
Clean and service vehicles with fuel, lubricants, and accessories.
Inspect vehicle every day prior to operation for safety hazards and vehicle maintenance and turn the inspection sheet to the department manager’s office.

Qualifications
CDL driver's license with passenger endorsement required.
Must have one year experience in driving the class of vehicle operated and must meet all state and local licensing requirements.
Must maintain satisfactory driving records and must take a mandatory defensive driving safety class.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner.
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds occasionally
Training for the full-size and mini-train will be conducted on the property.
