Our work depends on a Resource Manager joining our team to support the Army Global Unified Network (AGUN) program in Falls Church, VA.
This is an IT Service Management contract in support of GENM-O's mission to enable information dominance from the tactical edge to the home station for the Army, DoD, National Command Authority, and international partners by acquiring, implementing, and sustaining strategic satellite and terrestrial communication systems, and by leveraging technologies to meet current and future requirements. AGUN is to design, procure, maintain, deploy, and transition a Global SDN solution in accordance with applicable Army policies and regulations. The AGUN-INC1 TO will provide a unified approach to ensure standardized deployments and configurations at multiple locations throughout the globe.
To be successful in this position you need to be collaborative and willing to work within a team. While you will need to be a self-starter completing tasks on your own, working together is critical in this role. You will be interfacing with the client and senior staff. Therefore, you should be articulate in your communications because your opinion matters. You will need to explain technical intricacies in a way that is easily understood. Resource Manager : Oversee all activities between customer, recruiting, security, subcontracts, and human resources in staffing of personnel. Coordinates with line managers on new and existing requirements and coordinate with back-office functions. Works with team leads and finance to put together forecast of personnel to meet contractual guidelines/budget. Serves as the contract's primary POC with close support for all on-boarding and off-boarding of personnel. Coordinates with subcontractor staffing POCs. Coordinates with the government security POCs, GDIT security officers, and GDIT recruiting to complete new employee paperwork and security paperwork according to government and GDIT policy. Arranges government onboarding briefs required for new account creation and setup. Tracks and reports on government-mandated annual compliance training. Prepares and documents travel plans. #ARMYAGUN Reguired Skills: AA/AS (or equivalent expereience), 5+ years of experience Required Clearance Level: Secret Location: The primary place of performance where the contractor will perform the work is the contractor's facility currently located in Falls Church, Virginia Hours and days TBD upon hire. Three (3) days onsite with up to two (2) days telework. Onboarding/transition period requires on-site support up to 60 days. AGUN work schedules are subject to change on direction by mission requirements from GDIT or USG leadership. Travel: It is anticipated that some personnel will be required to travel on Temporary Duty (TDY) to various CONUS and OCONUS locations. The likely hourly rate for this position is between $32.69 - $44.23. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Scheduled Weekly Hours:
