PRINCIPAL DUTIES - Supports the management team where everyone assists in overseeing the daily operations of your assigned restaurant. - Ensures effective restaurant operations, resulting in consistent high food quality and cleanliness standards. - Supports team members in training, development and recognition driven by an employer of choice mentality. - Promotes and supports a 5-star guest experience.
