The Front Desk Agent will be part of a team that is responsible for ensuring the customer's satisfaction and that of all staff members. Front Desk Agent and team lead will also be responsible for clipping dog toes when needed.
Responsibilities: ·Greeting guests, check them in, and direct them to the correct area of the property·Answer phones in a professional manner and relay messages to the guest or team member·Verify guest information·Verify rental information·Check identification at check in or out·Collect all required payments for rentals or rooms (cash or credit card) and ensure it is available for use during stay·Assist with general cleaning tasks such as dusting furniture, vacuuming, and restocking supplies as needed·Assist with other tasks as assigned by management or staff (e.g., book reservations, prepare food, clean bathrooms)·Attend staff meetings and trainings as requested by management·Other duties as assigned by management or staff
Education & Experience:High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; previous experience in a hotel property and/or with a hotel hospitality department preferred. Must be able to communicate effectively with others and demonstrate a positive attitude. Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision.
