What you get to do every dayReview pricing information from other costly 401(k) providers in order to provide a competitive comparison for new businessTrack product requests and develop input to contribute to the increasing technology service that Human Interest provides to clientsProvide educational insights on various Revenue team meetingsManage a high volume of inbound sales team and implementation team inquiries, over the phone and through emailWork with Manager to review processes and procedures to optimize team performanceWork cross-functionally with internal and external partners to answer client inquiries on plan design and product supportWhat you will accomplishDrive and bridge client relationships to the implementation stage and sometimes ongoingIdentify common issues and trends, driving process improvements to solve them permanentlyService a geographically diverse client baseWork in a fast-paced startup environmentFind solutions for internal team members to assist with the inbound of increasing businessWhat you bring to the roleNeed to have: 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role - i.e. customer support or account managementPrior Defined Contribution industry experience requiredQKA or similar industry designation requiredPassionate about serving clientsStrong organizational skills; able to juggle multiple tasks with varying deadlines and stakeholders without dropping the ballCommunicate with confidence, professionalism, and empathy over the phone and through emailRemain composed in high-stress situations and convey empathy for our customers and their situationMeticulous attention to detail - rarely making typos and noticing discrepanciesNice to have: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceExperience in a fast-paced growth environmentWhy you will love working at Human InterestMission: Highly collaborative startup dedicated to supporting employee engagement and growth. Customer obsessionLong-term orientationAutonomous and accountable teamsAn escalating bar for talent and performanceCompensationThe base salary for this position spans $85,000 - $90,000 and represents the minimum in our lowest geographic region to a maximum in our highest geographic region.
