Rigging Foreman

Our client in Oakland County, MI is the premier industrial contractor of choice for a broad variety of equipment installation, construction, and service projects and is looking for a Rigging Foreman to join their growing team.
Job Responsibilities Safely move machinery of all sizesComplete rigging projects working with large stamping presses, weld cells, assembly cells, fixtures, and mezzanines.Operate gantry, overhead, and mobile cranes.Operate forklift (3 ton - 40 ton)Lead crews on both small and large projectsCommunicate with customers, project managers, and estimators regarding job status.Adhere to company safety standards and policies.Train apprentices and craftsmen on the job Job Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience installing and removing industrial machinery.Experience operating gantries, overhead cranes, and mobile cranesValid driver's license, CDL-A license beneficial but not required.Willingness to travel as job site location dictates beneficial but not required.Up to 30% local travel
